Its notary tariff is a curiosity: it is not a state enactment but a convention tariff of the Uri association of lawyers and notaries, published by the association itself. The tariff brackets each apply to the whole amount rather than just the portion above the threshold, so separate minimum fees kick in at the bracket boundaries. The land register fee is set by the cantonal department of justice, with both a floor and a cap.
